General Information
Description
MixJet™ 93100 series tank mixing eductors. A venturi with no moving parts. Liquid pumped through the inlet nozzle leaves as a fast jet that pulls in the surrounding tank liquid, and the two streams leave the diffuser together — several times the pumped volume set in motion by one small pump. Mounts inside the tank on the supply pipe; nothing to power, adjust, or maintain, and the open flow path lets small particles through.
Choosing the right model
- Inlet size and thread. 1/4" to 1-1/2" male pipe thread. The letter after the size is the thread: N = NPT, B = BSPT.
- Material. PP is polypropylene, rated to 120 °C (248 °F). SS316 is 316 stainless steel, rated to 300 °C (572 °F).
- Part Number: 93100-3/4N-PP
Where they're used. Plating and anodizing lines, phosphating and pre-treatment tanks, paint booth sumps, rinse and cleaning tanks, and any process tank that needs the contents kept moving without air agitation.
